This Computer Lease Agreement

This Computer Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is made and entered into effective as of [DATE],

BETWEEN:

[LESSOR NAME], a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of [STATE/PROVINCE], with its principal office located at: (Hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”)

AND:

[LESSEE NAME], a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of [STATE/PROVINCE], with its principal office located at: (Hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”)
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Lease

The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby accepts from the Lessor, the following equipment (the “Equipment”): [Equipment]

Rental

The total rental fee for the Equipment shall be [amount], payable for a term of [Number] weeks, commencing on 2025.

Title to Computers

Ownership of the Equipment shall remain exclusively with the Lessor at all times throughout the term of this Lease.

Maintenance of Machines

The Lessor agrees to maintain the Equipment in good operational condition at its sole cost and expense during the entire lease term.

Liability

The Lessee shall not be held liable for any damage to property, loss, theft, or destruction of property occurring on the premises. The Lessee shall also bear no responsibility for securing or locking the premises.

Maintenance

The Lessor shall ensure the premises are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of governmental authorities, at the Lessor’s sole expense.

Location

The Equipment shall be used at the Lessor’s place of business. The Lessor shall provide sufficient space and access for the Lessee and its authorized personnel to operate the Equipment. The Lessee shall have free access to the premises between the hours of [time] A.M. and [time] P.M. daily for such operation.

Applicable Law

This Lease shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of [state/province].

Lease as Entire Agreement; Severability

This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modifications shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of this Lease is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Manner of Giving Notice

All notices required under this Lease shall be delivered by registered or certified mail, with postage prepaid, to the addresses provided herein. Notices shall be deemed received upon mailing.
