Divorce General Release

________________ (“Husband”) of _________________________ and _____________ (“Wife”) of ____________________________ entered into a Divorce and Separation Agreement that included various financial arrangements between them, covering all monetary aspects of their marriage and divorce.

Husband and Wife now acknowledge that they have fully, finally, and mutually fulfilled all their individual and joint obligations as outlined in that Agreement, including any responsibilities involving children covered under the Agreement. Accordingly, both parties hereby execute this mutual and final General Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.

As a conclusive statement, Husband and Wife release one another from all past, present, and future obligations of any kind that existed before the date of this Release. It is the clear and irrevocable intent of both parties that no financial obligations shall remain or arise between them from this day forward.

Any amendments or modifications to this Release must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any legal disputes regarding this document must be brought in the state of ____________________.
